Kennismaken en solliciteren bij

The application process has several steps. The first step would be applying online to one of the programmes. Once you have done this we will review your application - this might take some time. If we proceed with your application, we will have an initial short phone interview followed by an online assessment. This tests your numerical, verbal and analytical skillset. Once you have completed this and depending on the result, we will invite you for a one day assessment. This day typically will be structured in two parts, morning and afternoon with a short break for lunch. In this time you will participate in a Competency Based Interview; an interview which focuses on your technical or commercial knowledge; a TomTom business case; and a group presentation. Once you have gone through this process we would review your performance and offer you a job accordingly.
