At our Amsterdam office, we are looking for a student to join the HR/Recruitment team of Roland Berger. We offer you a unique opportunity to work in our office and learn more about HR and recruitment at Roland Berger and the world of strategy consultancy.
You will support the team on recruiting, mobility and training.
At recruiting, you will assist our recruiters with planning, candidate contact, and administrative work. You keep track of our online recruitment portal and evaluate resumes for qualified candidates. Furthermore you will source by using various channels and methods such as Boolean search, LinkedIn and Alumni groups.
You will assist in different recruitment projects and events. By designing job descriptions and liaising with marketing channels, you will maintain our content for social media communication. But you will also get the chance to be actively involved in our campus and recruiting events.
Besides this, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new Employer Branding strategies and take responsibility for organizing, planning and promoting Roland Berger.
With regard to mobility you will design flow charts for specific countries and authorities and you will assist in drafting information packages for consultants working in other countries. Further, you will design a travel calendar and support in the development of a housing policy.
Concerning training, you will support the HR team with the creation of a training overview for each level consultant.
