Within the test domain, you will see a shift of expertise. Before there was a clear distinction between functional tester, performance testers, and security testers, now you see a demand for all-rounders. This development is partly due to the popularity of agile development. Also, more open source software is available that reduces thresholds.
Performance testing within TS NL is not an expertise that everyone has. There are performance testers within the global organization.
Investigate the need and possibilities of building this expertise within TSNL.
Questions that need to be answered:

- What are the trends in the market regarding Agile Testers who have performance test knowledge?
- What tools are available for the various performance tests?
- What knowledge and training are needed to train an Agile Tester with Performance Test skills - and which skills are needed to train a performance tester specialist?
- Which Performance Tests can be performed by an Agile Tester and what is needed for a specialist?
Analysis
- Which part of the Performance Test can be done by an Agile tester and which part by the specialists?
- What training is available and what training can we take care of?
- What are realistic timelines and costs for building this expertise within the organization?
Advise
- How can we stand out in the market and to what extent can build this expertise contribute to this?

The assignment is performed for Accenture Test Services NL (TSNL), which is part of Accenture Technology Solutions. As the name suggests, we are within TS NL specialized in the field of software testing. The various areas of functional application testing to test automation.
- You are in the final year of your graduation from college, preferably a specialization in the areas of Business Informatics
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills
- You are fluent in Dutch and English language
- You can work independently
- Good Communication skills
