As a Junior Business & Technology Consultant at Accenture you will work on challenging projects at the intersection of business and IT for the world's largest organizations, including 91 of the Global Fortune 100 companies. In driven teams you will develop innovative solutions that help them become ‘high-performance’ organizations. This includes the development of the digital or IT strategy, as well as the optimization, management and security of the underlying infrastructure, applications and data. You will work in international and multidisciplinary project teams, together with the customer. This means you will get to see many leading organizations in a short time. Each project is a new challenge. You will work with cutting edge technology or you will smartly apply proven technologies. In addition, you will have the knowledge and expertise of our global network at your disposal.

In your first year you will go to Bangalore (India), Chicago (USA) or Madrid (Spain) for an international training together with junior consultants from all over the world. Depending on your interests and background, you can become a Junior Business & Technology Consultant in one of our industry-focused Operating Groups: Resources, Products, Communications, Media & Technology, Financial Services and Health and Public Services.

Qualifications

 

  • Starter with (almost) completed Master of Science (M.Sc.);
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • Demonstrable affinity with IT;
  • Team player with strong analytical skills;
  • Extra-curricular activities are preferred.
